중소·중견기업 CEO의 전략적 리더십과 혁신성과 간의 영향 관계에서 기술혁신의지의 매개효과
본 연구는 최고경영자의 전략적 리더십, 최고경영자의 기술혁신의지, 혁신성과 간의 영향 관계를 밝히는 것이다. 연구목적은 첫째, 전략적리더십과 기술혁신의지 간의 영향관계, 둘째, 기술혁신의지와 혁신성과 간의 영향관계, 셋째, 전략적 리더십과 혁신성과 간의 관계에서 기술혁신의지의 매개효과를 파악하고자 하였다. 전국 소재 종업원 100명 이상의 중소·중견기업 95개 회사의 최고경영자로부터 수집된 자료를 기반으로 가설을 검증한 결과, 전략적 리더십이 기술혁신의지에 긍정적인 영향을 주고, 기술혁신의지도 혁신성과 에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 또한 전략적 리더십과 혁신성과 간의 관계에서 기술혁신의지 가 매개역할을 하고 있음을 검증하였다. 본 연구는 최고경영자의 심리적 변수의 분석을 통하여 기업 차원에서의 국내 중소·중견기업 최고경영자의 역할 및 조직성장을 위한 방향 성을 제시하였다는 것이다. 그 외에 연구결과에 대한 다양한 이론적 및 실무적 측면에서의 시사점, 연구의 한계점 및 향후 연구방향 등을 논의하였다.
The Relationship between Strategic Leadership and Innovation Performance of CEOs of SMEs : The Mediating Effect of Willing to Technological Innovation
The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between CEO's strategic leadership, CEO's willingness to technicological innovation, and innovation performance. For the purpose of the study, first, it examines the relationship strategic leadership and willingness to technicological innovation, second, identifies the relationship between willingness to technicological innovation and innovation performance. third, tried to find out whether willingness to technicological innovation plays a mediating role in the relationship between strategic leadership and innovation performance. The data was collected from the CEOs of 95 SMEs with over 100 employees in korea, and the the hypotheses were tested. As a result, strategic leadership had a positive effect on willingness to technicological innovation, and willingness to technicological innovation had a positive effect on innovation performance. In addition, it verified that willingness to technicological innovation plays a mediating role in the relationship between strategic leadership and innovation performance. This study suggests that the role and direction of CEOs of SMEs in Korea for organizational growth through analysis of psychological variables of CEOs. In addition, various theoretical and practical implications of the research results, limitations of the research, and suggestions for future research were discussed.
