키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용한 연구동향 분석 및 향후 연구방향 : 전문경영인연구에 게재된 논문을 중심으로
본 연구는 전문경영인연구 제1권 제1호(1998년)부터 제25권 제4호(2022년 12월)까지 게 재된 논문 911편을 바탕으로 키워드 네트워크 분석을 통해 연구동향을 분석한다. 또한 최근 경영환경의 변화와 더불어 전문경영인연구에 게재된 연구논문의 동향변화를 살펴보 기 위해 추가적으로 전체기간 동안의 논문(911편)과 최근 3년간 게재된 논문(167편)을 비교하였다. 전체기간 동안 게재된 연구를 대상으로 빈도분석을 수행한 결과 리더십, 조직몰입, 기업지배구조 등의 키워드가 주요한 키워드로 확인되었으며, 중심성분석 결과 리더십, 조직몰입, 신뢰가 주요한 키워드로 제시되었다. 최근 3년간 게재된 연구를 대상으 로 빈도분석한 결과 리더십, 혁신, 역량이 주요한 키워드로 제시되었으며, 중심성분석 결과 리더십, 고객만족, 자기효능감 등의 키워드가 주요한 키워드로 확인되었다. 이러한 분석을 통해 본 연구는 다음과 같은 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 첫째, 전문경영인연구는 ESG, 디지털전환, 빅데이터 뿐만 아니라 인공지능, 스마트팩토리 등과 같은 다양한 주제 를 활용해 최신 트랜드를 반영한 연구를 게재하려는 노력이 필요하다. 둘째, 전문경영인연 구에 게재된 논문들은 인사조직 분야와 같이 경영학분야의 특정영역에 집중되어 있기 때문에 경영학 분야별 균형적 발전을 위해 다양한 영역의 연구가 게재될 수 있도록 노력할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 경영학 세부영역별로 보더라도 전통적으로 많이 연구된 주제 외에 최근의 환경변화를 반영할 수 있는 새로운 주제를 연구한 논문들을 게재하려는 노력이 필요하다. 본 연구는 향후 전문경영인연구의 연구 방향성을 제시한다는 점에서 의미있는 시사점을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
Analysis of Research Trends and Future Research Directions Using Keyword Network Analysis : Focusing on Papers Published in the Journal of CEO and Management Studies
In order to understand the research trend, this study conducted a keyword network analysis of 911 papers published in the “Journal of CEO and Management Studies” from 1998 (Vol.1, No.1) to August 2022 (Vol.25, No.4), “In addition, a total of 911 papers published in ”Journal of CEO and Management Studies“ and 167 papers published within the last three years were compared to see how studies related to CEO and management are changing in line with recent changes in the business environment. Based on the analysis results according to the frequency and centrality of the keywords, the main implications for the difference between the two groups (911 papers and 167 papers) were presented. This study is expected to provide meaningful implications in that it examines research trends based on papers published in the ”Journal of CEO and Management Studies“ and presents the research direction of the ”Journal of CEO and Management Studies“ in the future.
