중소기업 전문경영인을 위한 마케팅 자동화 인공지능 솔루션의 활용연구
개인정보보호 정책의 강화가 앞으로 기업들의 고객 데이터 기반 마케팅 활동을 어렵게 할 것으로 예상된다. 이러한 변화는 고객 데이터의 수집과 관리에 더 많은 자원을 필요로 하게 만들 것이며, 고객 데이터 수집에 드는 비용 증가는 마케팅의 효율성과 효과성에 문제를 일으킬 것이다. 이러한 환경하에서 마케팅 자동화는 마케팅 커뮤니케이션의 효율성과 효과성을 극대화 하기 위해 발전해 왔다. 마케팅 자동화로의 전환은 고객 데이터 기반 확보의 중요성을 강조하 나, 중소기업은 이러한 변화에 대한 이해와 대응 역량이 부족하여 마케팅 자동화 도입에 어려움 을 겪고 있다. 본 연구는 중소기업이 마케팅 자동화를 도입하는 데 필요한 이론적 이해와 실제 적용 가능한 솔루션을 문헌 조사를 통해 제공한다. 중소기업은 디지털 마케팅 역량을 확보하고, 고객 데이터 확보 방법을 모색하며, 인공지능 및 마케팅 자동화에 관심을 가져 대기 업과의 격차를 줄일 필요가 있을 것이다.
Using Artificial Intelligence Solutions to Automate Marketing for SME
Increasingly stringent privacy policies mean that organizations need more resources to collect and manage customer information. Marketing activities of organizations are based on the utilization of customer information. The increasing cost of collecting customer data raises questions about the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing activities. Marketing automation has evolved to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing communication activities. As the transition to marketing automation accelerates, the importance of acquiring customer data will increase, and the gap between the marketing capabilities of small businesses and large enterprises is expected to widen. However, SMBs lack understanding of these changes and are still struggling to adopt marketing automation. This study provides a conceptual understanding and practical solutions for SMEs to adopt marketing automation through a literature review. SMEs should recognize the importance of the task of securing digital marketing capabilities in the changing era, consider how to secure customer data, and pay attention to AI and marketing automation to close the gap with large companies.
