중국 대학생의 창업교육과 창업의지의 관계 연구 : 창업가 정신의 매개효과
활발한 창업은 경제발전을 견인할 수 있으며, 이러한 창업은 창업교육을 통해서 창업가 정신과 창업의지를 고취시켜 창업 활성화를 기대할 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 측면에서 본 연구는 예비 창업가인 대학생의 창업교육과 창업가 정신, 창업의지 간의 관계를 연구하 고자 하였다. 본 연구는 이를 위해 창업교육 과목을 이수한 중국 대학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 이러한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 먼저, 대학생의 창업교 육(교육, 강사, 교사품질)은 창업가 정신(성취욕구, 위험감수, 혁신성)과 창업의지에 유의 한 영향을 미치었고, 창업가 정신은 창업의지에 유의한 영향을 미치었다. 둘째, 창업교육 과 창업의지의 관계에서 창업가 정신의 매개효과 분석은 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과는 창업교육은 창업의지에 직접적인 영향을 미치며 또 창업가 정신을 통한 간접적인 효과도 존재하고 있는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 본 연구는 대학생의 창업교육에 중점을 두고 창업가 정신과 창업의지의 제고를 위한 영향 관계를 규명하는 것에 연구의의가 있다. 끝으로 이러한 분석결과를 바탕으로 대학의 창업교육과 창업가 정신 등 관련하여 이론적 및 실무적인 시사점과 기초적인 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
A Study on the Entrepreneurial Education and Entrepreneurial Intention of Chinese University Students : Mediating Effect of Entrepreneurship
Entrepreneurial can play a role in driving economic development, and such entrepreneurial can be expected to be revitalized by improving entrepreneur ship and entrepreneurial intention through entrepreneurial education. The purpose of this research was to study the relationship between entrepreneurial education, entrepreneurship, and entrepreneurial intention of college students who are prospective entrepreneurs. First, the entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurship had significant effects on entrepreneurial intention of Chinese college students, and the entrepreneurial education had significant effects on entrepreneurial entrepreneurship. Second, in the results of analyzing the mediating effects of entrepreneurial education on the relation between entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intention, there were partial mediating effects. This means that the entrepreneurial education has direct effects on entrepreneurship, and also has indirect effects on it through entrepreneurial intention. The significance of this study is to examine the influence relation between entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurship focusing on the enhancement of entrepreneurial intention of college students. Based on the analysis results of this study, it is expected that awareness of the importance of entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurship will be improved in college. Lastly, based on such results, this study discussed the theoretical and practical implications related to entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurship of college students.
