The Impact of Inter-organizational Formal Control on Supply Chain Performance : The Moderating Role of Inter-organizational Justice
본 연구의 목적은 조직간의 통제가 공급망 성과에 미치는 영향과 조절의 효과를 분석하였 다. 국내 69개의 제조업체로부터 설문지를 수집하여 다중선형회귀모형, Fisher's Z-test, 구조방정식 모형을 사용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구는 조직 간 공식적인 통제가 공급망 성과에 영향을 미친다는 것을 발견하였다. 구체적으로, 조직 간 공식적 통제는 조직 간 정의가 낮을(높을) 경우 공급망 성과와 정(부정)의 관계를 가지고 있음을 발견하였다. 따라서 본 연구 결과를 기반으로 그룹 간 통제를 수행할 때, 공급망을 담당하는 구성원은 공식적인 통제와 정의를 조정하여 공급망 성과를 향상시킬 수 있을 것이다.
조직간 관계통제 방안의 공급망 성과에 대한 영향
The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the inter-organizational formal control on the supply chain performance and the moderating role of the inter-organizational justice on the relationship. This study collected 69 questionnaires from manufacturing companies in Korea and use the multiple linear regression modeling, Fisher’s Z-test and structural equation modeling. We find that the level of inter-organizational formal control influence the supply chain performance. Specifically, inter-organizational formal control is positively (negatively) related to supply chain performance when perceived inter-organizational justice is low(high). This study uses conventional multiple linear regression models for the analysis and structural equation models to validates the relationship between supply chain control and performance. We provide that : supply chain members can coordinate formal control and justice when conducting inter-group control based on the findings of this study to achieve improved supply chain performance.
