Founded in Osaka, Japan in 1976, Pasona Group has expanded its business to various fields such as consignment, HR consulting, education, training, and tourism, ranking third in the same industry in terms of corporate size. In particular, since 2008, it has been attracting a lot of attention from home and abroad as it has begun full-fledged regeneration projects on Awaji Island, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan, with the aim of revitalizing agriculture and independent farming. A company is leading its own regional revitalization project called "attracting talent" to the region, which is increasingly losing vitality, and creates employment on Awaji Island as a job where a young population can flow under the theme of culture, art, health, food, education, and tourism. This study used Culture Mining, one of the big data analysis techniques, to analyze the current status, vision, and future tasks of the Aaji Island regional regeneration project of Pasona Group, and to assess the possibility of incorporating culture mining techniques into the Awaji Island regional regeneration project.
