중국 대학생의 창업가 정신이 창업의지에 미치는 영향 : 창업가 역량의 매개효과
본 연구의 목적은 예비 창업가인 대학생의 창업가 정신과 창업가 역량, 창업의지와의 영향 관계를 연구하기 위한 것이다. 본 연구는 이를 위해 중국의 대학생들을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였으며, 이러한 연구 결과를 다음과 같이 요약, 정리하였다. 첫째, 대학생의 창업가 정신(성취욕구, 위험감수, 자기 효능감)과 창업가 역량(해결역량, 학습역량, 협동 역량)은 창업의지에 유의한 영향을, 창업가 역량은 창업의지에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 창업가 역량은 창업가 정신과 창업의지의 관계에서 부분매개역할 을 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 이는 창업가정신은 창업의지의 관계에서 직접적으로 영향을 미치고 또 창업가 역량을 통하여 간접적인 중요한 역할을 미치는 요인이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 대학생들의 창업가 정신의 함양에 중점을 두고 창업가 역량과 창업의지의 영향 관계를 분석하는 것에 연구의 의의가 있다. 마지막으로 이러한 연구 결과를 중심으로 대학생들의 창업가 정신의 함양과 창업의지와 관련하여 이론적 및 실무적 시사점을 논의 하였다.
The Effect of Entrepreneurship of Chinese College Students on Entrepreneurial Intention : Mediating Effect of Entrepreneurial Competencies
The objective of the research was to discover the relationship between college students’ entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial competence, and entrepreneurial intention. For this purpose, this study conducted a survey targeting the college students of China, and statistical analysis was conducted on 819 copies of the questionnaire. The review results of these research are as follows. First, it was found that the entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial competency of Chinese college students had a positive significant effect on entrepreneurial intention, and entrepreneurial competency had significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. Second, in the outcome of survey the mediating effects of entrepreneurial competence(problem solving competency, learning competency, collaboration competency) on the relation between entrepreneurship(need for achievement, risk taking, self efficacy) and entrepreneurial intention showed that there was partial mediating effects. This means that the entrepreneurship has direct effects on entrepreneurial intention, and also has indirect influences on it through entrepreneurial competence. The significance important of this study is to examine the impact relation between entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial intention focusing on the cultivation of entrepreneurship of college students. Finally, based on such outcome, this study examined the theoretical and practical implications related to entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intention of college students.
